About this resource
This is an all-inclusive early learning curriculum for UKG students (ages 5–6).
This ELC kit is for the theme: A Healthy Me. This theme focuses on both physical and emotional health, helping children understand how to take good care of themselves and others. Children will explore balanced strategies for healthy eating, exercising, sleeping, keeping ourselves clean, and keeping ourselves safe. They will also understand how they can feed, exercise and rest the brain so that they can do their best thinking and learning. The aim is to help children build habits that will last a lifetime.
