What is this course about?
Every teacher wants a classroom where students are calm, engaged, respectful, and ready to learn. But real classrooms are often noisy, distracted, rushed, or stressed. Many teachers feel they are always reacting, instead of teaching. This course is about changing that.

What are the topics of this course?
Module 1: Introduction to Classroom Management 
This module describes what a “well-managed classroom” looks like and why management is essential for effective teaching. You will explore different approaches to management (behavioural, instructional, preventive and reactive) and learn the idea of content, conduct and covenant management. 

Module 2: Content Management 
Learn how to make the most of limited time, space, and resources. This module talks about how to prioritise what to teach, plan lessons at the right pace, organise space with purpose and build daily routines so that class runs smoothly.

Module 3: Conduct Management
Learn how to set clear rules, teach responsible behaviour, and respond to misbehaviour. While covering  consequences (reinforcement and punishment) and levels of response (minor, moderate, severe), this module stressed on staying aware, staying calm, and correcting behaviour with respect.

Module 4: Covenant Management
This module talks about building classrooms where students feel respected, heard, and included. You will learn how to balance high control with high cooperation. You will also learn how to build a sense of belonging among students and an inclusive classroom community.
